Please provide clear details of your nature of complaint and we will acknowledge receipt of your communication within two (2) business days of receipt.
A designated officer will investigate as necessary and provide a formal response within fifteen (15) business days in accordance with our Complaints Handling Policy.
For any unresolved complaints, customers can contact the relevant regulatory body.
